New Year
So, it’s 12:30am Monday and my boyfriend and I have just finished a killer gym session… why must leg day always make me feel like jelly?
It’s exactly three months until we are hoping to reach our goal weight. Adams brothers wedding in April will be a massive night for both of us -Adams a groomsman so it’s awesome motivation for him. It’s was perfect… He had lost over 10kg before the holidays started, and I had lost 6, unfortunately we’ve both put on a couple but no issues, we’ll be back soon enough!
I’m starting a new job next week where I’ll constantly be on my feet opposed to sitting at a desk all day, so hopefully that helps. Getting into a new routine and back into shift work will be a struggle though so it’ll take a lot of effort! I’m just hoping it doesn’t throw me too far track. In serious need of a female fitness buddy to keep in me check when I start haha.
Anyway, that’s my (very early) Monday morning update for the New Year. I will check in again next week with hopefully a new progress photo.
